Elizabeth Baron, LMHC
Founder & Director
Elizabeth Baron, LMHC is a licensed psychotherapist specializing in maternal mental health. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University’s Teachers College and brings extensive clinical experience supporting women through every stage of motherhood—from preconception and pregnancy to postpartum and the evolving realities of parenting.
Elizabeth began her career at The Motherhood Center of NYC, where she developed deep expertise in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs). In 2020, she founded her private practice to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care for women navigating the emotional, physical, and identity shifts that accompany motherhood.
She is also the founder of With Elizabeth, a digital platform dedicated to fostering connection and support through expert-led education, interactive group experiences, and strategic partnerships with trusted brands and specialists in the maternal mental health space.
Through her work as both a therapist and advocate, Elizabeth’s mission is twofold: to support women through the complexities of the perinatal and parenting journey, and to help destigmatize maternal mental health on a global scale.
